Some thoughts about New Brunswick

Version 1

I had the opportunity to live in New Brunswick one year and I want to share with you some of my experiences I had in this beautiful province.
I have arrived in NB, Canada in August 2012 in Fredericton, the capital city of the province. It was a sunny day, the leaves of the trees were already in autumn colors, everything was beautiful and the people were very friendly. I spent few days in Fredericton, a nice and quiet city with a special architecture and beautiful buildings.
It was the time to move to St Stephan, a small town which it was our home during the period I lived in NB. I worked in the famous chocolate factory Ganong which makes the best Chicken bones in Canada. St Stephan is located between Fredericton and St. John, and is surrounded by St Andrews and St George, it is also a border town with Calais, Maine from U.S.
St. Andrews is the most beautiful town in NB, almost every weekend I went there spending time on the shores of the Atlantic where you can find peace and beauty in the same place.
If you want to see large cruise ships go to St. John, another beautiful city in NB. Going on that way you have to pass through Pennfield, a small town where you can find the best fish and chips you have ever eaten. Not to far to Moncton, the largest city in this province, it is Hopewell Rocks, a place where you can walk on the bottom of the ocean during the water is retreat.
Grand Manan Island is the best place to see whales and traveling up there by ferry it is a real adventure.
New Brunswick is a bilingual province, surrounded by Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Maine, USA.
If one day you have the opportunity to go in that area, I strongly recommend you to visit New Brunswick and you will not regret.

Some Thoughts about New Brunswick

I had the opportunity to live in New Brunswick for one year and I want to share with you some of the experiences that I had in this beautiful province.

I arrived in NB, Canada, in August 2012 in Fredericton, the capital city of the province.

It was a sunny day, the leaves of the trees were already in autumn colours, everything was beautiful, and the people were very friendly.

I spent a few days in Fredericton, a nice and quiet city with special architecture and beautiful buildings.

We moved to St. Stephan, a small town which was our home in NB. I worked in the famous chocolate factory Ganong, which makes the best Chicken Bones in Canada. St. Stephan is located between Fredericton and St. John, and is surrounded by St. Andrews and St. George. It is also a border town with Calais, Maine, in the U.S.

St. Andrews is the most beautiful town in NB. Almost every weekend I would go there to spend time on the shores of the Atlantic, where you can find peace and beauty.

If you want to see large cruise ships go to St. John, another beautiful city in NB, this is the place for it. On the way to St. John, you have to pass through Pennfield, a small town where you can find the best fish and chips you have ever eaten. Not too far to Moncton, the largest city in this province, is Hopewell Rocks, a place where you can walk on the bottom of the ocean during low tide.

Grand Manan Island is the best place to see whales, and travelling up there by ferry is a real adventure.

New Brunswick is a bilingual province, surrounded by Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Maine, USA.

If one day you have the opportunity to go in that area, I strongly recommend you to visit New Brunswick, and you will not regret it.

My home country, Romania.

My home country, Romania is the most beautiful country in the world. Bucharest is the capital city of Romania. I think everyone knows about Romania trough the legend of Dracula from Transylvania. My hometown Brasov is located at 20 km distance to Dracula's Castle. The Romanian people are very friendly and no worries, they don't eat people as Dracula did :))))) .
I like my country because it has beautiful mountains, surrounded by plateaus with rivers, especially Danube river which flows into the Black Sea forming the Danube Delta.
Romania has a rich tradition kept from the forefathers with various unique folklore dances and games are common. We have some traditional food as cabbage rools, sour soups, polenta with fresh cottage cheese, bread - made it in the stove and many others.
